On 15th October 2025, Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA) successfully concluded its last International Air Transport Association (IATA) training course of 2025 – Aviation Lead Auditor, empowering aviation experts from Hong Kong, South Korea, and Bahrain with advanced auditing skills.
The 3-daycourse was led by an IATA certified instructor, covering ISO 9001quality management principles, risk-based auditing techniques, and IATA’s Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) methodologies, which ensure students are equipped with skills that meet the regulations and standards of industry levels. Designed for leaders of quality management teams, the curriculum included role play exercises, case studies, and assessments, enhancing participants’ ability to lead and conduct effective audits. Students were required to pass all the assessments to obtain an IATA-accredited certificate.
