Raymond Lo was appointed as CEO of Menzies CNAC Aviation Services Limited on 1st May 2024. With over 24 years of experience at Menzies Aviation, he has held various executive leadership roles, including serving as the Managing Director of Menzies Macau Airport Services Ltd for the past decade and Finance Director Asia of Menzies Aviation.

Dave joined us for over 30 years, of which 13 years in Marketing, 8 years in Support Functions (e.g. Planning, QA, Safety, Risk Management, Training etc), 1 year for Overseas Project and 8 years in Operation and still going on. Full of changes in his career journey and he is still learning every day!

Dino has 25+ years of management experience with the company. He started as a Duty Manager in 1997. Six years later, he worked in Business Development for 14 months before moving on to look after Flight Operations, Load Control. In 2018, Dino took up his current role as the Director & General Manager - Ramp and Cargo Services after heading the Passenger Services units for 12 years.

Irene joined us in September 2023 as Head of Human Resources. Irene brings with her a wealth of experience in HR management gained from her HR business partnership roles of international F&B and retailers in Hong Kong and in the Greater China. As a member of the management team, she leads the Human Resources function, focusing on developing talent strategies, and driving HR development in a diverse environment.

Teresa Chan has over 20 years of experience and held a number of finance roles prior to her appointment as Finance Director in January 2021. She possesses extensive experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting, leading the Finance and Procurement team to drive business growth and efficiencies.

Simon joined us in May 2019 as Deputy General Manager. Before joining us, he worked in Air China group. He had extensive experience in flight dispatching, service management, and ground handling service.
