Registration Deadline  

All registrations must be received no later than 21 days prior to the course start date. Late registrations may be accommodated subject to availability.  

Payment Information  

Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy requires pre-payment for all courses and only accept wire/remittance transfer.  

Notes:  

1. Complete payment must be received prior to the beginning of the class or upon registration, whichever is later.
2. Early bird discount is only valid for complete payments received within 14 days of registration.
3. Failing receipt of payment, MCAA reserves the right to deny access to the class.
4. Payments must be made without any set-off or counterclaim and free of deduction or withholding. If you are required by law to withhold or deduct tax, then the amount of each invoice shall be treated as increased to the extent necessary to ensure that after any withholding or deduction MCAA receives a net sum equal to the amount of the invoice.

IATA Courses
Cancellation request made in writing and received by MCAA at least 21 days prior to the course’s commencement
Cancellation request made in writing and received by MCAA less than 21 days prior to the course’s commencement the course fee will not be refundable. However, a colleague may take your place on the same course, without additional cost, upon written request to MCAA at any time
Failure to attend a course for which a participant has registered, without having given prior notice to MCAS (a ''no-show''), will result in the loss of the course fee
Dangerous Goods Courses
Cancellation request be made in writing and received by MCAA at least 14 days prior to the course’s commencement

Cancelled by MCAS

In the event of insufficient enrolment, MCAS reserves the right to cancel any course 21 days (for IATA course) or 14 days (for DG course) prior to the course commencement. In such circumstances, the course fee will be fully refund. MCAS shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by course participants (i.e. airfare or hotel charges).
