On 30 May, Menzies CNAC leadership including CEO Raymond LO and Director & General Manager, Passenger Service Dave LI visited the training campus of Huizhou Mastone Training School located at Terminal 1 of Huizhou Pingtan Airport.  Huizhou Airport Chairman FAN Jinghua and Mastone CEO LI Bing guided the Menzies CNAC team on their tour of the newly renovated Terminal 1 which has been transformed from its past life of serving airline passengers to a new role as a realistic training environment for aspiring aviation ground services personnel. The facility is complete with fully functional check-in terminals, security scanning equipment, and a baggage handling system, plus a practice area for operating ground service equipment. These features allow students in Huizhou Mastone’s training programmes to obtain ground handling skills in an environment much like that in the airports in which they will start their careers upon graduation.

Huizhou Mastone Training School operates this training campus in partnership with Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA) which provides curriculum and instructors for courses matching Menzies CNAC’s areas of expertise. The campus provides Menzies CNAC a place to train its new joiners from mainland China prior to their arrival in Hong Kong. Degree-seeking students who successfully complete programmes at the School are eligible to find employment via labour importation schemes in Hong Kong and Macau as well as at the more than 10 airports in mainland China at which Mastone provides ground handling services.

中航明捷行政總裁盧偉明和客董事及總經理-客運服務李志康於5月30日參觀了位於惠州平潭機場1號航站樓的惠州萬事通培訓學校。 惠州機場董事長范菁華和萬事通地勤服務公司董事長李冰帶領中航明捷團隊參觀了新裝修的 1 號航站樓。 這個全新的大樓由以往服務旅客到現在轉型為提供訓練實體場地的設施，配備了功能齊全的報到終端、安檢掃描設備、行李處理系統，以及地面服務設備操作練習區。這些設施使惠州萬事通培訓計畫的學生能夠在與他們畢業後即將開始職業生涯的機場非常相似的環境中獲得地勤技能。

惠州萬事通培訓學校與中航明捷航空學院（MCAA）合作運營該訓練中心，運用中航明捷的專業領域為中心提供課程及導師。 該訓練中心為中航明捷提供了一個在中國大陸新員工抵達香港之前對其進行培訓的場所。在該中心成功完成課程的學生有資格於萬事通提供地勤服務的10多個中國大陸機場就業，更有機會透過輸入外勞計劃於香港及澳門尋找工作機會。
