Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Training Program for Siem Reap Angkor International Airport.

MCAA deployed an IATA-qualified senior instructor to Siem Reap Angkor International Airport to deliver a four-day ISAGO training course from 11 to 14 June 2026. This tailor-made program was designed specifically for Siem Reap Angkor International Airport's key personnel, with the objective of supporting the organisation in preparing for its upcoming ISAGO audit.

The program aims to validate Siem Reap Angkor International Airport's operational compliance with leading industry standards, including the IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM), Airport Handling Manual (AHM), and IATA Cargo Handling Manual (ICHM). It also incorporates an introduction of the Safety Management System (SMS).

Throughout the four-day course, Siem Reap Angkor International Airport's key personnel enhanced their understanding of:

➣ The concept, scope, and documentation review requirements of ISAGO

➣ Effective preparation strategies for ISAGO audits

➣ Audit disciplines, including Organization and Management (ORM), Training (TRN), Passenger Handling (PAX), Ramp Handling (RMP), Load Control (LOD), and Cargo and Mail (CGM), etc.

➣ The ISAGO Standards Manual (GOSM), ISAGO Standards and Recommended Practices (GOSARPs), audit observation checklists, and key features of the ISAGO 2026 framework

➣ Safety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors (HF), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

➣ Management of ISAGO audit findings, including non-conformity resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and development of corrective action plans (CAP)

Interactive class activities and practical exercises were incorporated to assess participants' learning outcomes and enhance their ability to manage real-world operational scenarios.

This training program marks the first phase of a comprehensive ISAGO consultancy service. MCAA will continue to deploy consultants to Siem Reap Angkor International Airport to conduct on-site observations, carry out mock audits, and provide full on-site support throughout the official ISAGO implementation assessment. In addition, remote support will be provided to assist Siem Reap Angkor International Airport in effectively closing audit findings.

The training program has been a great success. MCAA looks forward to further collaboration with Siem Reap Angkor International Airport as part of this ongoing engagement, supporting their journey towards successful ISAGO certification.

MCAA特別派遣一名經國際航空運輸協會（IATA）認證的資深講師前往暹粒吳哥國際機場，於2026年6月11日至14日開展為期四天的專項培訓。本次課程根據暹粒吳哥國際機場的實際需求量身定制，旨在協助其為即將展開的ISAGO審計做好充分準備。

該培訓項目旨在協助暹粒吳哥國際機場全面對標國際業界最佳實務與標準，包括《IATA地面運行手冊》（IGOM）、《機場服務手冊》（AHM）及《IATA貨運操作手冊》（ICHM），並涵蓋安全管理體系（SMS）的核心概念與應用。

在為期四天的課程中，暹粒吳哥國際機場的核心人員在ISAGO相關重點領域的理解與實務能力均得到顯著提升，涵蓋內容包括：

➣ ISAGO的基本概念、適用範圍及文件審核要求

➣ ISAGO審計的準備策略

➣ 各審計模塊內容，包括組織與管理（ORM）、培訓（TRN）、旅客服務（PAX）、機坪作業（RMP）、配載控制（LOD）以及貨郵處理（CGM）等

➣ 《ISAGO標準手冊》（GOSM）、《ISAGO標準與建議措施》（GOSARPs）、審計檢查清單，以及ISAGO 2026框架的關鍵要點

➣ 安全管理體系（SMS）、人為因素（HF）及職業健康與安全（OHS）

➣ 審計發現項的管理機制，包括不符合項整改、根本原因分析（RCA）及整改計劃（CAP）的制定

課程採用互動教學與情境演練的方式，有效評估學員學習成效，同時強化其在實際運營場景中的應用能力與應變能力。

本次培訓標誌著暹粒吳哥國際機場ISAGO審計培訓顧問服務項目首個階段的正式啟動。後續，MCAA將派遣資深顧問進駐現場，開展實地觀察、內部評估及模擬審計，並於正式ISAGO審計過程中提供全方位現場支持。同時，顧問團隊亦將提供遠程專業支援，協助暹粒吳哥國際機場高效完成審計發現項的整改工作。

本次培訓項目成果顯著，成效卓越。MCAA期待與暹粒吳哥國際機場進一步深化合作，持續為其ISAGO認證之路提供堅實支持，助力其順利取得國際認可資格。
