JASG received four awards at the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence Award 2016. Congratulations to our Arrival Customer Services Team for winning the Bronze Award in the team category and Kenny Pang from Quality Assurance for receiving a Merit Award in the individual category. The accolades also include a Bronze Award in the “Grand Award” category and our “Putting 人 First Programme” is highly recognised at the Service Appreciation category.We have been participating in this award scheme since 2015 and our outstanding results so far clearly show that excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
