Menzies CNAC Aviation Services Limited (MCAS) proudly hosted delegate groups from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co., Ltd and Guangzhou Civil Aviation College for an intensive two-week (02nd -11th November 2025) training program aimed at enhancing operational knowledge and fostering collaboration within the aviation industry.

The comprehensive training included a series of classroom courses covering critical topics such as Human Factors, Customer Service Excellence, and Emergency Response Procedures. In addition to theoretical learning, delegates gained practical experience through on-the-job attachments with frontline duty managers across key operational areas, including:

This immersive program provided delegates with valuable insights into the ground handling operations at Hong Kong International Airport, equipping them with best practices and operational expertise to strengthen service standards and safety protocols.

The training concluded successfully, with participants expressing appreciation for the knowledge gained and the opportunity to experience real-world operations in one of Asia’s busiest aviation hubs.
