We are glad to announce that the IATA Cargo Skills and Procedures Course, held at Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA), came to a successful close on 19th September 2025. This intensive 5-day classroom program, led by an experienced IATA Instructor and MCAA Consultant, covered essential cargo handling modules, like end-to-end cargo booking processes, cargo documents, and charge calculation. Air cargo professionals, handling agents, sales agents as well as freight forwarders can benefit greatly from exploring these topics. A final exam was conducted to test participants’ knowledge gained from this course. Students who passed took home an IATA-accredited certificate bolstering their resumes and leveling up their career development.
